// 01 — Context

Why Now.

Three forces converging on a single window of opportunity.

Geopolitics & Tech Sovereignty

A shifting global order demands sovereign capability. Europe must build, not buy, the technologies that secure its future.

Baltic Critical Infrastructure

Wind farms, undersea cables, ports and pipelines – the Baltic is the frontline. Resilience is no longer optional.

Dual-Use Innovation

The line between civilian and defense tech is gone. The next breakthroughs will live on both sides of it.

// 02 — Tracks

The Five Pillars.

Pick a domain. Form a team. Ship a prototype that matters.

Ready to Build Your First Chip?

Chipathon

Step into the world of microelectronics. Track 5 gives you 48 hours to take your idea from concept to a chip design ready for manufacturing. We’ll kick things off with an OpenSilicon Bootcamp, where you’ll learn the open-source chip-design tools and the Tiny Tapeout workflow. Then, with the support of AI-powered design tools and expert mentors, you’ll turn your idea into a working prototype and prepare the alpha GDS of your chip. The best teams will have the opportunity to get their chips manufactured for free!

Book Launch at Baltic Dual Use Hackathon

Transform Your Business with AI

As part of the hackathon, we’re excited to host the launch of Marcin Żmigrodzki’s book, “AI Project Management for Beginners.” The book offers practical tools, proven approaches, and actionable tips for planning, implementing, and developing projects powered by LLMs. Join us for a conversation with the author and discover how language models can help streamline workflows, improve processes, and create real value for your organization.
